So what’s your story?
I first joined a gym about 4 years ago but went casually and was not very committed. I didn’t concentrate on working the whole body just really chest and arms. It was only last year when i went to Barbados and saw my holiday pics that i really told myself that I want to get ripped, fast!
It was around that time that I got into acting and I always wanted to play a Super hero / Action role and wanted to be in great shape for my trip to L.A in August.
Although I got in good, better shape, on returning to the UK, I decided to qualify as a Personal trainer. I wanted to be the best personal trainer I could be for my clients and be an example to them to get the physique they desire.
This year too, I have landed some awesome acting action roles which I have needed to be in shape for.
Alongside Acting and Training, I want to compete next year as a Fitness/Muscle model and earn my Pro card. This will be a huge achievement for me and one i think about everyday which motivates me to eat well and train hard.

What does your current training schedule look like?
I usually combine my training in the following ways;
- Strength training
- Muscle gain training
- Muscular endurance training
- Flexibility training
- HIIT training
- Long slow duration training
With this I usually work 1 or 2 body parts in each session, usually finishing with some cardio and abs. I will work all body parts throughout the week.
I usually train 5-6 times a week. A typical week would combine all these training methods.
If you’re wondering my flexibility training usually involves Bikram Yoga and Swimming

- Insane muscle pumps
- Increased power and strength
- Supercharged energy without the crash
- Faster recovery time
- Boosts fat loss
- Laser focus
If you have to pick only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
I would say:
- Bench Press – It makes me feel like superman! A great feeling when i pyramid this knowing that i am giving it my all.
- 2k Rower time challenge – I love the way I feel after this, its exhaustion but an inner strength i get when i do it in less than 6:50
- Squat – The feeling of all my lower body muscles working is an incredible feeling with the drive I give off my heels is pure power! Love it!

What is your diet like?
I try and eat as healthily as I can. I try to balance Protein, Fats and Carbs as much as I can. I have tried to filter starchy carbs out of my diet by replacing them with good fats although this has been quite a challenge for me. For 6 days of the week, I will eat pretty healthy but one day I have my cheat meals. (Chinese food, Haagen Dazs ice cream) for example.
Typical day would be;
Breakfast – 3 Scrambled eggs (Only 1 yolk), with some lean turkey, salad and some fruit juice. 1 slice of wholemeal toast
I always have quite a big breakfast
Mid morning – Fruits or Mixed nuts and Protein shake
Lunch – Grilled Chicken with half avocado, kidney beans, sweetcorn, lettuce, olives, nuts
Mid Lunch – Fruit or Nuts or Fruit and Fibre cereal
Dinner – Salmon with Spinach, vegetables salad,
Late night snack – Activia Yoghurt

- For Workouts – I usually take 5 x BCAA’s and 2 x Beta Alanine capsules twice a day Pre and post workout.
- For diet – I also use L’Arginine and Citruline 2 capsules per day
In addition to that I have:
